An Easy Method for Downloading something from the Internet

1. If you are at a website that has a link to a file you’d like to download, you can put your mouse on it and then click the right mouse button.

2. This will bring up a menu of things you can do, one of which is “Save Target As”

a. This will bring up a download dialogue box that allows you to choose where to save a downloaded file.

b. If it does not default to the My Downloads directory, click on the down arrow at the top of the box next to the directory name.

i. This will bring up a list of directories. You can use this list to find the My Downloads directory and click on it.

ii. This way you will always know where your downloaded files are.
